The Brief

WellAway is a new venture established by Hyphens, one of the largest pharmaceutical groups in Singapore. The primary objective of WellAway is to provide a hassle-free home medication delivery as per doctor’s online prescription.

Build a Smoother, Integrated Prescription Platform

The Savant process involved persona identification, validation, interviews, ideation sessions, as well as user journey mapping and prototyping. The WellAway platform became Singapore’s first Health Science Authority (“HSA”) registered e-pharmacy.

Currently, doctors utilize the app to prescribe medication, which is then forwarded to Hyphens’ pharmacy. Subsequently, the medication is processed and delivered to patients through third-party partners. During the beta phase of the e-pharmacy, more than 140 clinics have signed up.
