As one of the leading mall operators in Singapore, Lendlease was looking for ways to improve its mall traffic through smart experimentation and within the themes of discovering “places of delight” especially in its main shopping mall: PLQ Mall. With the themes of discovering places of delight, Lendlease is hoping to bring people together, so they can have great moments together in the post-pandemic world.

Design Thinking Workshop to Ideate Prototype Experiments

Savant Degrees helped PLQ ideate and prototype various solutions to increase foot traffic and to attract more customers for PLQ tenants using design thinking methodologies. After the various ideation workshops, Savant Degrees worked together with Lendlease to execute the programme in PLQ vicinity.
