Requirements

• Living in (or willing to relocate to) Singapore
• 3-5 years of related technology/innovation consulting work experience preferred
• Exceptional client relationship management skills
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in hosting and leading workshop
• Experience in managing a project team
• Experience in negotiating with and managing delivery from outsourced vendors
• Demonstrated success with managing web, internet or mobile related projects
• Experience or a certification in agile processes is a plus
• Inquisitive and analytical
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Meticulous and organised

Responsibilities

• Taking Charge of Client Relationships

• • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Become the communication bridge between the client, our partners, and the Savant Team.
  • Be first-in-mind for subsequent projects and client referrals.

• Innovation Consulting
  • Facilitate design thinking/innovation workshops.
  • Facilitate design thinking strategy research (desktop and onsite).
  • Facilitate user journey mapping, persona research, business modelling etc.
  • Facilitate prototype plans, execution, and testing.
  • Be up-to-date on the newest innovative solutions and industry best practices.

• Project Management
  • In charge of overseeing the innovation project from start to delivery; from assessing what a client needs through pre-sales meetings, client proposals, to the execution and delivery of the digital solution.
  • Plan and optimise budget, timeline and team, and secure resources
  • Mentor less experienced team members, as well as maintaining high morale within the project team
