Digital Business & Research Analyst (Philippines)

As our Digital Business & Research Analyst, you will be supporting Savant Degrees’ project team from the very start- from guiding our clients through design thinking workshops, conducting user/business research, conducting user interviews, rapid prototyping, and creating the final digital product/offering.

To make sure you will enjoy this role, we are looking for a people’s person with business research background, who has worked in the field of digital innovation. Someone who is charismatic, loves to connect with new faces.

Requirements

    • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
    • Business Research or Computer Science degree or related background
    • At least 1-2 years of related technology project management experience preferred
    • Experience in managing web, internet or mobile related projects a plus
    • Good client relationship management skills
    • Experience or a certification in agile processes, or PMP certification is a plus
    • Inquisitive and analytical
    • Responsible and self-motivated
    • Meticulous and organised

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support our Lead Project Managers in handling Client queries and innovation project research and management from start to delivery including:

Support our Innovation Team including:

  • Support our Lead Consultant on Design Thinking materials
  • Conduct business and user research
  • Create presentation and proposals
  • Create project summary presentation slides
  • Plan and optimize budget, timeline and team, and secure resources
  • Handling client queries
  • Participating in business requirements gathering and client meetings
  • Creation of Functional Specification Documents, Business Requirements Document, User Acceptance Testing Documents, and User Manuals
  • Support testing and documentation of the digital solution- including the full software workflow and lifecycle
  • Working with third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
